Gary was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. As a licensed Civil Engineer, I had things that were of particular importance for Gary to look at and he was very patient with me and taught me several things as we went through the house together. I would highly recommend Gary to other home buyers, especially first-time home buyers. You will get quality work done right and know what you’re getting into.

After owning my first home for 10 years, it was time for a fresh set of eyes. I’m very glad I contacted Louisville Home Inspections. Gary performed a very thorough assessment that was “personal to the house.” What I mean by that is he helped me understand some of the odd things that happen in 93 year old houses and clarified the priority and importance of work that was needed to ensure the home’s long future. Working with Gary, you’re definitely more than a checklist. If you want to learn about a home, Gary is the way to go.

Gary made the whole process simple. He explained what he was looking for as he went and pointed out anything and everything. Was not smug or arrogant and didn’t talk down to me like some “contractor types” tend to. Provided detailed reports and worked hard to earn his pay!
